Recruitment overview

Ask Recruitment about your hiring and see your open roles, applications and interviews at a glance.

The Overview is Recruitment's home screen. You can ask Recruitment, your hiring assistant, about your jobs and candidates, and see the main numbers below.

Who can do this

Everyone in the workspace can open the Overview and ask Recruitment questions: owners, admins, members and viewers.

Recruitment can also prepare changes, such as moving an application or adding a candidate. Viewers do not get these. For everyone else, each change is shown to you first and only happens when you approve it.

Steps

  1. Open Recruitment and choose Overview.
  2. Type a question in Ask Recruitment anything…, or pick one of the suggested questions, such as Who to interview next? or Time to hire.
  3. Read the cards below the chat:
    • Open roles, Applications, Interviews · next 7 days and Offers out.
    • Applications over time for the last 8 weeks, and Applications by source.
    • Hiring pipeline, from Applied to Hired.
    • Upcoming interviews: the next three that are still scheduled.
    • Top candidates: up to 5 of the highest-rated active applications, leaving out anyone already hired.

Common problems

  • Not available yet. The AI recruiters and Offer-accept rate cards are not built yet. They say Not available yet in your workspace.
  • No applications yet. The charts stay empty until your first application arrives.
  • Couldn't load your hiring data — please refresh. The numbers could not be read. Refresh the page.
  • That question was not sent: your free questions are used up. Without your own AI key, each person gets 3 free questions a week across all the assistants. See Add your OpenRouter key.
  • Recruitment will not judge on personal traits. Recruitment never weighs race, religion, gender, age, marital status, pregnancy, disability or nationality. If you ask it to filter or rank on these, it declines and offers to look at skills and experience instead.
  • In the demo, Recruitment gives a sample answer. Sign up for a free account to ask about your own jobs and candidates.
