My records
See your own employment, statutory, emergency contact and bank details as HR holds them.
My Records shows your own employee record: what HR has on file about you. You can read it here, but not change it.
Who can do this
Anyone in the workspace whose account is linked to their employee record, whatever their role. You only ever see your own record.
Before you start
Your account must be linked to your employee record.
Steps
- Open HR, then Records under General.
- Read the top row: Tenure, Annual leave left, Department and Employment.
- Read the cards:
- Personal: name, NRIC, date of birth, email and phone.
- Employment: employee number, department, designation, join date, type and status.
- Statutory: your EPF / KWSP, SOCSO / PERKESO and income tax numbers.
- Emergency Contact and Bank Details. Only the last four characters of your bank account are shown.
Anything HR has not filled in shows Not recorded.
Common problems
- A detail is wrong or missing: only an owner or admin can change it, on the Employees screen. Ask them.
- "Your HR record isn't linked yet": ask an owner or admin to link your account. See Link an account to an employee record.
