Data & privacy
Updated 30 October 2026 · How this installation handles workspace information
Your company workspace
onhr stores the information your company adds to its workspace, including employee records, attendance, leave, payroll and recruitment data. Access depends on your workspace membership, role and the permissions for each feature.
Accounts and sign-in
Account data is used to sign you in and connect you to your workspace. When you choose Google sign-in, onhr requests your basic profile and email address. Google sign-in does not give the application access to your Gmail messages.
Connected AI providers
AI features use the provider configured by your workspace administrator: OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter. Prompts, attachments and relevant workspace records may be sent to that provider when you use AI. API credentials are encrypted on the server. Normal HR functions do not require an AI connection.
Infrastructure and records
This installation runs on infrastructure managed by the onhr operator. Its database, uploaded files and recovery backups are managed by that operator. Infrastructure and connected service providers may process requests needed to operate the application.
Requests about your information
Contact your company’s workspace administrator for questions about your records, access, corrections, retention or removal. Your administrator can identify the responsible company contact and the policies that apply to your workplace.
