The online application form
Choose what your careers page asks applicants for, and see how their applications reach you.
Each job on your careers page has an Apply for this role form. You choose what it asks for in Recruitment's Settings. Applications arrive in Recruitment at the Applied stage, with Careers page as their source.
Who can do this
Owners, admins and members can change the form. Viewers see the switches but cannot change them.
Steps
Choose what the form asks
- Open Recruitment and choose Settings.
- In the Application form card, turn each switch on or off:
- Require a CV: applicants must add a CV link or file.
- Require a cover letter: applicants must write a short cover letter.
- Ask for a portfolio link: applicants can add a link to their work. Optional for them.
- Ask for expected salary (RM): applicants can say the monthly salary they expect. Optional for them.
- Click Save. You will see Application form saved. The public form follows these switches. Click Discard to undo changes you have not saved.
