Sign in and reset your password

Sign in to onhr with your email, stay signed in, and set a new password if you forget it.

You sign in with the email and password you chose when you signed up.

Who can do this

Anyone with an onhr account. Demo guests have no password and do not need to sign in.

Steps

Sign in

  1. On the onhr website, click Login.
  2. Enter your Email / Username and Password.
  3. Leave Remember me ticked to stay signed in on this device. Untick it on a shared computer: you are then signed out when the browser closes.
  4. Click Sign in.

If you turned on two-step sign-in, onhr now asks for a code from your authenticator app. See Turn on two-step sign-in.

Sign in with Google is not available yet. Clicking it shows Google sign-in isn't enabled yet.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your Email and click Send reset link.
  3. Open the link in the email. It takes you to a page where you set a new password.
  4. Enter a New password of at least 8 characters and click Update password.

You are signed in, and your other devices are signed out. onhr also sends you a notification that your password was reset.

For safety, the page always says If that email has an account, a reset link is on its way. It does not tell you whether the email has an account.

Common problems

  • Incorrect email or password. Check both and try again, or reset your password.
  • Your reset link has expired. Request a new one. Ask for a new link with Forgot password?
  • That link is invalid or has already been used. Each reset link works once. Ask for a new one.
  • This page only works straight after opening a reset link. Request a new reset link and try again. Open the newest link from your email, then set the password straight away.
  • Your session expired. Please sign in again. Sign in again.
