Scorecards
See performance scores out of 5, by competency and by department, from released reviews.
Scorecards shows performance scores out of 5, taken from reviews. It only shows information. Reviews are written on Review Scores.
Who can do this
Everyone in the workspace can open it.
- Owners and admins see the whole team. Draft reviews are listed and marked, but only released reviews count in the averages.
- Everyone else sees only their own released reviews.
Steps
- Open HR, then Scorecard under Performance.
- Read the figures at the top.
- Read Competencies: the score for Delivery, Teamwork, Ownership and Communication.
- Owners and admins also see Scores by department.
- Read Employee scorecards: each review's period, score and competencies, highest first.
