AI Assistant's team of specialists
AI Assistant hands each part of your question to a specialist for that product, then puts their answers together.
AI Assistant leads a team. For each part of your question, it asks the specialist for that product, then gives you one answer.
Who can do this
Anyone who can ask AI Assistant. The team is on by default.
The demo gives sample answers, so no specialist cards appear there.
Steps
See who is working
The specialists are:
- Marketing for marketing: ads, spend, leads, lead forms, creatives and appointments;
- CRM for the CRM: contacts, deals, pipelines, follow-ups and the calendar;
- Recruitment for hiring: jobs, candidates, applications, interviews and the talent pool;
- HR for HR: staff, leave, time off, claims, overtime, attendance, payroll and performance;
- Finance for finance: invoices, quotations, bills, payments, customers, suppliers, the books and reports.
When AI Assistant asks one, a card with the specialist's name shows in the answer. It says what the specialist is doing, such as Getting the task…, Thinking… or Preparing a change…. When it finishes, it says Done and how many steps it took. Click the card to see each step.
A question that covers more than one product goes to each specialist it concerns.
A specialist only prepares changes. Each one still comes to you on a card to approve or reject.
Turn the team off or on
There is no on-screen setting for this. You switch it in the address bar:
- To turn the team off, open
/command?team=0. AI Assistant then answers by itself, with every product's tools in one place. - To turn it back on, open
/command?team=1.
The choice is kept in this browser until you change it.
Common problems
- A card says "Could not finish". That specialist ran into a problem. Ask again.
- AI Assistant will not read a CV. Only Recruitment, working as a specialist, reads a candidate's CV. Turn the team back on with
/command?team=1.
