Fill in your company details
Add your company's legal name, registration, SST and tax numbers, address and logo.
Company details holds your organisation's information: its legal name, numbers, address and logo.
Who can do this
Workspace owners and admins can edit company details and the logo. Members and viewers can see the page, with a note saying Only owners and admins can edit company details. In the demo workspace the page is read-only.
Steps
Edit the details
- Open the account menu (your name, top right) and click Profile & Preferences. In the side menu, under Organisation, choose Company details. Or go straight to Company details.
- Under Company, fill in:
- Legal name (required)
- Registration no
- SST no
- Tax identification number (TIN)
- Website
- Industry and Company size
- Under Address, fill in Address line, City, State and Postcode. State lists the Malaysian states and federal territories.
- Click Save changes.
You see Company details saved. The new name shows across the app straight away.
Add a logo
The logo is shown at the top of letters.
- Under Logo, click Upload logo (or Replace logo if there is one already).
- Choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP image, up to 1 MB.
You see Logo saved.
To take the logo off, click Remove logo. onhr asks Remove the workspace logo? Letters will show the company name only. Click Remove logo again to confirm, or Keep to leave it.
Common problems
- Please enter your company name. Legal name cannot be empty.
- A TIN is up to 20 letters and numbers. Remove spaces, dashes and other marks from the TIN.
- That file is not a PNG, JPEG or WebP image. Choose an image in one of those types.
- That image is over 1 MB. Make the image smaller and try again.
- That image could not be saved. Upload it again. The upload did not finish. Try again.
- Only owners and admins can edit company details. Ask an owner or admin to make the change.
- The demo workspace is read-only. Sign up to save changes. The demo company cannot be changed.
