My payslips
See your own payslips once payroll for the month is marked as paid.
My Payslips shows your own payslips, newest first. A payslip appears once payroll for that month is marked as paid.
Who can do this
Anyone in the workspace whose account is linked to their employee record. You only see your own paid payslips.
Before you start
Your account must be linked to your employee record. See Link an account to an employee record.
Steps
- Open HR, then My Payslips under General.
- Each month has its own card, with its Net pay under the month.
- On a card, read Basic pay and any extra lines, such as overtime, then Gross pay.
- Under Deductions, read EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB. Any other deductions HR added are listed under Other deductions.
- At the bottom, read Total deductions and Net pay.
Your payslips are also listed on My Documents.
EPF, SOCSO and EIS on your payslip start as estimates in HR, not the official KWSP and PERKESO figures, and HR checks them before the run is paid. PCB is entered by HR. To check what was paid in for you, look at your own KWSP and PERKESO records, and LHDN for PCB.
Common problems
- "No payslips yet. A payslip appears here once payroll for the month is marked as paid." HR has not marked a run as paid for you yet.
- A figure looks wrong: ask an owner or admin. Only they can change a payslip, and only by undoing the paid run. They can only undo the newest month's run, so an older payslip can be changed only by undoing the later runs first, which deletes those runs' payslips and lines. That is a real cost, so it is not done lightly.
