HR Dashboard
Read headcount, attendance, leave, joiners and payroll cost trends for your workspace.
The HR Dashboard shows people trends across your workspace in one place. It only shows information; you cannot change anything here.
Who can do this
Everyone in the workspace can open it. Owners and admins see every card. Everyone else sees "Shown to HR admins" on the team cards: Clocked in so far today, Payroll, latest run, Attendance trend, Leave this month, Joiners and Payroll cost.
If people report to you, you also see a My team card.
Steps
- Open HR, then Dashboard under General.
- Read the top row: Headcount, Clocked in so far today and Payroll, latest run.
- If you are a manager, read My team. It shows Reporting to you, who is Away today, and what is Waiting for you. Click an item under Waiting for you to open that approval screen.
- Read the charts: Attendance trend, Leave this month, Headcount by department, Joiners and Payroll cost.
Common problems
- Export is greyed out: it is a disabled button. It shows "Available in a later update".
