Financial reports
See your profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, cash flow and aged receivables and payables for any period.
Financial Reports works your statements out of every entry in the books. Pick a period and every report follows it.
Who can do this
Everyone in the workspace can see the reports and export them.
Steps
- Open Reports under Analytics in the Finance menu.
- Choose the Period: This month, Last month, This quarter, This year, Last year, All time or Custom. For Custom, pick the From and To months.
- The top cards show Revenue, Expenses, Net profit and Profit margin for the period.
- Read the reports below:
- Profit & Loss: income and expenses for the period.
- Balance Sheet: assets, liabilities and equity, as at the end of the period, with current earnings.
- Trial Balance: the debits and credits of each account in the period.
- Cash Flow: opening cash, what came in and went out, and closing cash.
- Aged Receivables and Aged Payables: what customers owe you and what you owe suppliers, by how long it has been due (Not yet due, 1–30 days, 31–60 days, 61–90 days and Over 90 days), as at today.
- Click Export CSV on a report to download it.
